Lawn mowing – Mowing lawns is completed weekly or bi-weekly depending on grass, soil, climate, and season.

Lawn trimming – Trimming is completed the same time as mowing
Early spring and late fall leaves – Fallen leaved should be taken care of because of insects and diseases that use leaves as a home through winter to attack new plant life in spring; the most environmentally friendly method is to mow over the leaves until they are tiny pieces so they can mulch back into the ground.
De-thatching – A task synonymous with spring cleaning; taking dead plant tissue from your landscape in order to prevent and control insect and disease infestations on surrounding plant life. along with fallen leaves, deseases and insects use dead plant tissue as a home over the winter months.
Property plan – A property plan, or blueprint, is a free service offered to all monthly customers; it will give an aerial view of your property.
Tree and Shrub pruning -The time in which pruning is to be done is dependant on the plant
Mulch – Mulch is required by some plants to ensure soil moisture; if done properly can help plants grow healthy and strong and also prevent weeds from taking over.
Aerating – Completed in spring or fall to allow soil beneath to breath
Laying seed – Seed is best laid in fall after aerating has been completed
Soil test – Is the first step in healthy lawn care programs; should be tested every 2-3 years in the spring
Fertilizing – A soil test will confirm the need for and also give recommendations as to the amount of fertilizer and other amendments required for strong natural growth
Liming – A visible need in most cases; a soil test will confirm and also recommend amounts and other amendments required for vigorous natural growth
Amendments - Other than regular fertilizer and lime applications, your lawn may require other soil amendments; like compost, compost tea, organic mulch, and more; soil test results will recommend amounts of certain amendments needed for natural growth
Pressure washing - The perfect way to wash stains off vinyl sheeting, concrete driveways or walkways, or clean other surfaces
Gutter cleaning – Rain water can be controlled and even collected when gutters are cleaned properly
Junk removal – Unsightly or unwanted junk moved to another location or taken away for good
